Lunch ~ box lunches filled with one of our signature Cafe sandwiches, & fruit or pasta salad, olive garnish, chips and brownie.
Baskets~ beautifully displayed assorted Cafe sandwich halves and Mallards Mediterranean pasta salad.
Platters ~ assorted fresh sliced meats and cheeses accompanied by romaine, sprouts, tomatoes, onions, olives, breads and Mallards own sauces.
Cocktail Party;~ we offer a wide array of appetizers, just a few are; Mallards crab, spinach and artichoke dip served with warm pitas. Mini crab balls, chicken skewers in a Thai peanut sauce, filet mignon sliced thin and served on croistini’s with a horseradish aioli, Johnny Mo’s sweet and tangy wings.
JMo’s Eastern Shore Boil ~ clams, mussels, shrimp, fish, corn, potatoes, anything the Chef wants to throw in and served with crusty bread.
Dinner buffet ~ mixed greens with choice of dressings, sautéed’ shrimp in a light tarragon cream sauce tossed with angel hair pasta, hand carved prime rib, & rosemary roasted red potatoes, sautéed’ vegetables, assorted breads and desserts
Plated dinner ~ first course – Caesar salad, second course – lobster ravioli w/ a saffron cream sauce, main course – crab cake, filet mignon with a port wine Demi-glaze, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed’ asparagus, dessert crème brule’
